Research consistently shows that people who practice gratitude are happier than people who don’t and the most powerful way to create change is by writing down at least three things each day that you are grateful for.

We know the power of an attitude of gratitude – it’s why we set up the global Grateful in April campaign and what inspired us to create our beautiful range of gratitude journals and cards.
