grateful people are happier people

Research consistently shows that people who practice gratitude are happier than people who don’t and the most powerful way to create change is by writing down at least three things each day that you are grateful for.

We know the power of an attitude of gratitude – it’s why we set up the global Grateful in April campaign and what inspired us to create our beautiful range of gratitude journals and cards.

We’ve heard some amazing stories from people who have turned their lives around by taking note of what’s already good in their world. And there is nothing quite as nice as receiving a handwritten card in the mail – especially one that tells you how grateful someone is to have you in their life.

Check out our collection of gratitude cards and notebooks – not only could you make someone’s day by sending one, but your purchase will also help benefit someone who might be struggling to find something to be grateful for.
