Within Australia we offer free shipping for orders over $50 and a charge a flat fee of $6.95 for orders up to that amount.

For international sales, it’s a little harder for us and we’re working on a better solution than the one we currently have.

So here’s what we’ve done for now... we’ve set some flat rates based on the best advice we would get for parcel prices. If your parcel costs less to send, we will refund the difference to your account. If it costs more, we’ll wear that. We think that’s the fairest solution we can come up with and hope it will encourage you to shop with us.

Please note, we use a standard shipping service which, in most cases, can’t be tracked and rely on our providers including Australia Post to reliably deliver your purchases. We can’t make any guarantees after items leave us and can’t be held responsible for any lost packages or delivery issues. What we can guarantee is that we will wrap, pack and send your parcel with the greatest of care.

Within Australia, postage can take between 1 and 5 (and sometimes up to 10 depending on your postcode) days to deliver, depending on location. Internationally, we’re told it can be between several days and up to three or four weeks (in some cases even a little longer).

If you need your order faster, please contact us to look into alternative shipping methods (of course there will be an additional charge for that).

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we’re sorry to let you know that we will have to deduct any original postage if we refund it and charge additional postage to re-send it.

All international packages are marked as 'merchandise'. The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty and or tax that might be charged by your specific country.
